Trees, fences & satellite dishes

Les Bois Owners' Association is the organization created by the developer, Jimmy Scherer of Les Bois, LLC.  Mr. Scherer legally transferred control of the common areas to the Les Bois Owners' Association in August 2008. Les Bois Owners Association is authorized to to maintain the common areas of Les Bois subdivision and collect funds necessary from lot owners in Les Bois subdivision in order to promote a positive neighborhood community by monitoring and aiding in the enforcement of the restrictive covenants of Les Bois subdivision. Additional goals of the Owners' Association is to promote a friendly and safe neighborhood by supporting communication within the subdivision as well.
